Curriculum Developer
The Curriculum Developer at Anduril Industries is responsible for creating, refining, and maintaining training programs and educational content to support the professional development of employees. The developer will also manage version control of training assets and support onboarding for new employees.
Candidates should have a strong background in instructional design, curriculum development, or education, preferably within a technical or high-compliance industry. Experience with e-learning tools, content management systems, and multimedia production is preferred. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to rapidly learn new technical information are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or a related field is typically required, with prior exposure to defense, engineering, or complex technical environments considered a plus.
