The Customer Advocacy Director at Spring Health is a senior individual contributor role responsible for developing and executing strategies that leverage customer success stories to drive business growth. This position involves collaborating with executive stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to align priorities and secure investment in customer advocacy initiatives. The role reports to the Senior Director of B2B Content and Communications and is fully remote, with occasional travel for team or company events.

Key responsibilities include owning the customer advocacy strategy end-to-end, producing case studies and proof points that demonstrate customer outcomes, and building a network of customer champions who can speak at events and advise on products. The director will also manage the Customer Advisory Board, plan and execute annual in-person and virtual meetings, and drive the annual customer awards program to recognize exceptional customer achievements. Additionally, the role involves activating customers to participate in regional events and creating a customer database to track engagement and impact.

Candidates should have 10-12+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or success within a B2B company. A proven track record of building and scaling customer programs with measurable business impact is essential. Experience partnering with VP and C-level stakeholders, strategic leadership capabilities, and strong relationship-building skills are required. Operational excellence in managing complex systems and delivering reliable results at scale is also important. Familiarity with advocacy platforms and a background in HR tech, benefits, or employer services are preferred.

The target base salary range for this position is $176,500 - $230,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by factors such as experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
