As a Customer Engagement Specialist at Lighthouse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful onboarding and satisfaction of our hotel clients across the APAC region. Lighthouse is a rapidly growing company dedicated to revolutionizing commercial strategies in the hospitality industry through innovative data solutions. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service and empowering clients to maximize their revenue potential.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing new hotel customers onto Lighthouse’s suite of products, including Business Intelligence, Channel Manager, and Pricing Manager. Your day-to-day activities will involve configuring systems, establishing channel and brand connectivity, and setting up reporting tools. You will also conduct best practice training sessions to drive product adoption and create and maintain onboarding materials to support client success.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer care, onboarding, or a similar customer engagement role. A strong understanding of the hospitality industry and hotel technology ecosystem is essential. Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Intercom is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are required; additional language skills are a plus.
