Customer Marketing Intern
The Customer Marketing Intern (CMI) is a self-motivated team member responsible for supporting customer marketing and engagement activities within the Mission Driven Organization (MDO) Business Unit (BU). The CMI will work closely with the Senior Customer Marketing Specialist to deliver impactful customer engagement opportunities that leverage customer relationships for marketing initiatives and help to drive expansion sales pipeline. At the end of the internship, the CMI will present a summary project to marketing and commercial leaders.
Key responsibilities include supporting the process of identifying, creating, and publishing positive customer stories, developing a library of customer reference accounts and contacts to support sales and marketing needs, supporting positive customer interactions and engagement via review sites and social media accounts, assisting with planning customer focus groups and advisory panels in collaboration with Product Marketing and Customer Marketing owners, collaborating with Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver quarterly product webinars for existing customers, and developing and executing marketing campaigns to support customer upsell and cross-sell activities.
Required qualifications include currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, ability to work both independently, seek guidance as needed, and work within a global team across time zones, good communication skills (both written and verbal), strong planning, organization, and project management skills, and ability to think critically, detail-oriented, and has a growth mindset to deliver successful results.
