Customer Success Associate
As a Customer Success Associate at Cato Networks, you will serve as a trusted advisor to a designated group of small and medium-sized business (SMB) and mid-market (MM) customers, guiding them from deployment through renewal. This role is integral to fostering customer adoption and expansion, leveraging both your interpersonal skills and technical knowledge to drive customer success. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring clients realize the full value of their investment in Cato's innovative solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the health and growth of assigned accounts, ensuring customers continue to recognize the value of their investment. You will oversee customer renewals, support clients throughout the entire contract lifecycle, and advocate for customer needs internally across Sales, Customer Success, Research and Development, and Support Engineering teams. Additionally, you will orchestrate Cato's post-sale activities, including daily customer interactions, renewals, and upsells, while managing and executing on queued customer requests on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in Customer Success or Sales within a high-growth SaaS or technology company. Exposure to networking or security solutions is advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, with the ability to articulate clearly to diverse audiences. Candidates should be highly organized, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and possess strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Comfort with working in a geographically distributed team within a hyper-growth global organization is also important.
