Customer Success Associate, Scale (FTC)

Braze is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our Scale team in Sydney on a 9-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will collaborate with dynamic start-up and scale-up brands, assisting them in maximizing the value of their investment in Braze's customer engagement platform. This position offers an opportunity to develop a deep understanding of our product and the digital marketing landscape.

As a Customer Success Associate, your primary responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive knowledge of the Braze product and the digital marketing sector. You will create exemplary client strategy content for the Customer Success Team and effectively communicate with internal departments such as Engineering, Product, and Support. Additionally, you will contribute to achieving team goals related to renewals, retention, and net retention, while directly educating clients on both technical and strategic concepts.

The ideal candidate is likely in their first or second post-education role or transitioning from a different industry with aspirations to become a Customer Success Manager. Essential qualifications include excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project and task management abilities, initiative, and a keen interest in learning technical and marketing concepts with real-world applications. Being a team player, receptive to feedback, and possessing intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills are also crucial.
