Customer Success Director - Healthcare (C1 - B2B)
The Customer Success Director – Healthcare at CLEAR will lead and execute the company's healthcare customer success strategy, focusing on driving long-term value, adoption, and expansion across the partner ecosystem. This role is pivotal in ensuring that healthcare partners effectively utilize CLEAR's identity solutions to enhance their operations and patient experiences.
Key responsibilities include owning and driving CLEAR’s customer success strategy across healthcare partners, building and leading a high-performing Customer Success function, establishing and deepening executive-level relationships within healthcare organizations, partnering cross-functionally with various departments to deliver scalable customer experiences, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex healthcare implementations.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in customer success, partnerships, consulting, or related roles, with significant experience in the healthcare sector. They should possess a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, strong executive presence, strategic thinking abilities, exceptional communication skills, and experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments. Willingness to travel as needed to support customer relationships is also required.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary range of $150,000 to $190,000, depending on skills and experience.
