Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager at Cato Networks, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our top customers, guiding them from deployment through their entire journey to renewal. This role is integral to our Customer Success team, focusing on fostering strong relationships and ensuring clients fully realize the value of our innovative cloud networking and security solutions. Cato Networks is a pioneering company that has converged enterprise networking and security into a centralized, global cloud service, leading the SASE market.
In this position, you will be responsible for the health of assigned accounts, ensuring customers continue to stay and grow with us. Your day-to-day activities will include developing meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations and collaborating closely with Cato’s internal teams, such as Sales, R&D, and Support Engineering. You will own and orchestrate Cato's post-sales motions, including conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), assessing product adoption maturity, and managing renewals and upsells.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in a Customer Success or sales role at a high-growth SaaS software or technology vendor. Experience with networking or security software solutions is essential. Excellent customer communication and presentation skills are required, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences in a concise and compelling manner. The role demands strong organizational skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfort with a geographically distributed team and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time are also necessary.
