Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager at Cato Networks, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our top customers, guiding them from deployment through their journey to renewal. This role is integral to our Customer Success team, ensuring clients fully realize the value of their investment in our cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform. Cato Networks is a pioneer in converging enterprise networking and security into a centralized, global cloud service, positioning us as a leader in the rapidly growing SASE market.
In this position, you will be responsible for the health of assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and growth. Key responsibilities include developing meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, conducting quarterly business reviews, assessing product adoption maturity, and managing renewals and upsells. Collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, R&D, and Support Engineering is essential to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in a Customer Success or sales role at a high-growth SaaS software or technology vendor. Experience with networking or security software solutions is highly desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively. Strong organizational skills and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. The role may require up to 25% travel.
