Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager at Cato Networks, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our top customers, guiding them from deployment through renewal. This role is integral to our Customer Success team, focusing on fostering strong client relationships and ensuring customers fully realize the value of our cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform. Cato Networks is a pioneer in converging enterprise networking and security into a centralized, global cloud service, leading the market in Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions.
In this position, you will be responsible for the health of assigned accounts, ensuring customers continue to stay and grow with us. Key responsibilities include developing meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations and across Cato’s internal teams, such as Sales, R&D, and Support Engineering. You will own and orchestrate Cato's post-sales motion, including conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), assessing product adoption maturity, and managing renewals and upsells.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in a Customer Success or sales role at a high-growth SaaS software or technology vendor. Experience with networking or security software solutions is essential. Strong customer communication and presentation skills are required, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences in a concise and compelling manner. The role demands excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, geographically distributed team environment. The position is based in Mexico City, Mexico, with the expectation of up to 25% travel.
