Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager at Cato Networks, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our top customers, guiding them from deployment through their entire journey to renewal. This role is integral to our Customer Success team, focusing on fostering strong relationships and ensuring clients fully realize the value of our innovative networking and security solutions. Cato Networks is a pioneering company that converges enterprise networking and security into a single, global cloud-based service, leading the industry in Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions.
In this position, you will be responsible for the health and growth of assigned accounts, ensuring customers continue to stay and expand their engagement with us. Your day-to-day activities will include developing meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, as well as collaborating closely with Cato’s internal teams such as Sales, Research and Development, and Support Engineering. You will orchestrate post-sales motions, including conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), assessing product adoption maturity, and managing renewals and upsell opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in a Customer Success or sales role within a high-growth SaaS software or technology vendor. Exposure to networking or security software solutions is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences in a concise and compelling manner. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to customer engagement are also critical. The role requires comfort working within a geographically distributed team in a fast-paced environment and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
