Customer Success Manager (French-speaking)
Diligent Corporation is seeking a French-speaking Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of key accounts, driving product adoption, retention, and long-term customer value across our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. This position is based in Galway, Ireland, and operates on a hybrid model, requiring 50% office-based work.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for day-to-day coordination with clients. Your responsibilities will include managing client accounts, conducting regular strategic review meetings to discuss usage and goals, monitoring product adoption to identify risks or growth opportunities, and proactively engaging with customers to drive success and value realization. Additionally, you will handle renewals, identify and qualify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role managing accounts, with proficiency in sales CRM applications such as Salesforce and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Fluency in both French and English, both written and verbal, is required. A willingness to travel to client sites is also necessary. Strong communication and presentation skills, resilience, a positive attitude, and a solutions-focused approach to technology and AI are essential.
