The Customer Success Manager, LATAM at Duetto Research is responsible for managing interactions between various stakeholders, aligning customer success expectations with project success criteria. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with hotel clients across Latin America, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, and ensuring customers achieve measurable ROI through product adoption and optimization. The role also involves developing deep business and technical knowledge of Duetto’s pricing and revenue optimization solutions, analyzing data and market trends to provide clients with strategic recommendations, and managing all post-sales activities such as onboarding, personalized training, and escalations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Hospitality Revenue Management and a proven track record in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality technology or SaaS. A strong understanding of hotel KPIs and RMS systems is essential, along with proficiency in Duetto solutions or comparable revenue management tools. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and the candidate should be based in Mexico, preferably Mexico City. Strong relationship-building, analytical, and communication skills are also necessary.
