Customer Support Specialist (+French Speaking)
Diligent Corporation is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in London. This role involves providing Tier I support and managing client relationships by addressing support calls, resolving issues, and ensuring complete client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and be fluent in French.
Key responsibilities include interacting with customers to process information in response to inquiries and concerns, diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to internet connectivity and login problems, and accurately recording call transactions using designated CRM software. The specialist will also identify and escalate priority issues as needed and offer alternative solutions to retain clients' business.
Candidates should have experience in phone-based software application or technical support, or call center experience supporting end users. A working knowledge of Windows OS, proven problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on one's feet in a fast-paced environment are essential. Superb communication and customer handling skills are also required.
