Customer Support Specialist
As a Customer Support Specialist at PitchBook, you will be an integral part of our Account Management & Customer Success team, providing direct support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. PitchBook is a leading financial data and software company, offering comprehensive data and analysis on the capital markets to help professionals discover and execute opportunities.
In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the best possible customer experience. Your responsibilities include achieving contact volume and quality goals, effectively communicating to resolve customer issues, collaborating with other support specialists, documenting interactions in Salesforce, and partnering with global teams to maintain continuous support availability.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree (preferred), at least one year of experience in a customer service role, and a client-first attitude. Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an interest in financial markets, particularly private equity and venture capital, are essential. Strong prioritization skills, adaptability to corporate culture, and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite are also required.
Compensation for this position includes a salary of £41,171 per year, which is 53% above the national average.
