Spring Health is seeking a Customizations & Campaign Production Lead to spearhead the execution of member lifecycle marketing programs. This pivotal role involves building and launching high-quality campaigns in Iterable, managing complex builds, and overseeing customization requests from our B2B customer base. As a senior individual contributor reporting to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you will collaborate closely with the lifecycle strategy team, external agencies, and B2B customer success teams to translate strategic initiatives into effective, high-performing campaigns. This position is based in New York City, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring in-office presence three days a week.

Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end customization function, from intake and prioritization to solutioning, architecture, build, and quality assurance. Additionally, you will oversee end-to-end campaign production in Iterable, establish high-quality QA standards, develop a modular content library, and build dynamic content systems to deliver personalized experiences across member segments. Collaborating with engineering teams on data enablement and maintaining send frequency governance are also integral to this role.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM with a strong focus on hands-on production and execution. Deep expertise in Iterable is required, including the ability to build complex journeys, dynamic templates, and modular systems from scratch. Experience managing a high-volume production queue in a B2B2C or SaaS environment, familiarity with agency management, and strong attention to detail are essential. The ability to juggle competing priorities and work within a defined platform scope while seeking continuous improvement is also important.
