Madhive is seeking a Data Analyst to serve as a strategic consultant for a select group of our highest-value enterprise clients. Unlike a traditional back-office analyst, you will be front-and-center, working directly with several key accounts to help them understand the value Madhive provides.
This is a client-facing role that requires a unique blend of technical skill and social intelligence. You will join client meetings, present quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and use data to tell compelling stories that drive customer growth and retention. We need someone who can "read the room" as well as they can read a spreadsheet.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Client Engagement: Partner with Sales and Client Success to act as the dedicated data consultant for specific enterprise accounts, attending client meetings and presenting insights to external executives.
- Narrative-Driven Reporting: Create bespoke, client-ready presentations that go beyond "what happened" to explain "why it matters" and "what to do next."
- Performance Optimization: proactively monitor client campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, then pitch these recommendations directly to the client.
