Engineering Manager, Targeting

Madhive is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Targeting team. The team's core responsibility lies in ingesting, processing and organizing data used to identify and target individuals for ad campaigns, and to build/maintain the foundational data science behind our forecasting tools. The successful candidate will lead a small team of world-class cross-functional engineers, possessing a strong background in both technical leadership and data-driven forecasting methodologies. You will drive efficiencies in our processes, tools, and automation, taking a data-driven approach to measuring your team's success.
