Data Analyst

The Data Analyst position at Duetto Research focuses on maintaining the quality and integrity of the global benchmarking database, ensuring accurate financial performance metrics for hotel contributors worldwide. This role is integral to the HotStats team, serving as a crucial link between data processing and client relations within a company that leads the hospitality revenue management industry.

Key responsibilities include managing the quality of the benchmarking database by maintaining assigned company data and quality standards, building professional relationships with data contacts to resolve customer requests, executing monthly integrity checks on performance data, processing profit and loss data using various translation tools, and updating hotel statuses and operational notes within the database. Additionally, the role involves investigating data quality issues through audits, contributing to monthly reporting suites, analyzing large datasets to support research projects, and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy for third-party client reporting.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, a solid technical knowledge of Excel and database structures, and the ability to interpret hotel profit and loss results. A working knowledge of accounting principles or relevant hospitality operational experience is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal collaboration and customer interactions.
