Data Analyst II, Customer Reporting
Spring Health is seeking a Data Analyst II to join the Customer Reporting team in San Francisco, CA. This role involves delivering custom and standard reports that demonstrate the impact of Spring Health's services to its customers. The analyst will collaborate closely with the Director of Data Science, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine storytelling strategies and data artifacts. This full-time, hybrid position requires 2 to 3 days per week in the office and may involve periodic travel up to 25% for team collaboration and company events.
Key responsibilities include developing analyses and dashboards for customers and internal stakeholders, exploring various data sources to create innovative solutions, and gaining a deep understanding of Spring Health's products to effectively communicate their impact. The analyst will also collaborate with the Product team to enhance customer data narratives, identify opportunities to automate and scale reports, and become proficient with the company's data stack, including Snowflake, Looker, dbt, and Hex.
The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills and at least 3 years of experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau. They should possess strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. A proactive, motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments are essential. Experience with R and dbt is advantageous. The target base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $142,000 per year, as part of a competitive total rewards package that includes benefits. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, location, and internal pay equity.
