Data Center Manager - Ellendale, ND

CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Manager to lead operations at our Ellendale, ND facility. This role involves overseeing a team responsible for maintaining and operating the infrastructure that powers our cloud services. The Data Center Manager will ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our physical assets in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities include guiding technicians through hardware diagnostics, repairs, and new equipment installations. The manager will develop and implement best practices to maximize uptime, respond to technical emergencies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. This position requires a hands-on leadership approach to maintain the reliability and performance of critical infrastructure.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in data center operations and 2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency with Linux operating systems, data center management tools, and experience with servers, networking equipment, and cooling systems are essential. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

The base salary for this role ranges from $95,000 to $105,000, determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. The total compensation package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
