As a Deal Desk Analyst at Cato Networks, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales processes and supporting the sales team to ensure operational efficiency. This position involves close collaboration with Sales, Revenue, Legal, and Customer Success teams to streamline deal cycles and drive operational excellence within the company.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing deals from quote and proposal generation through to execution, providing guidance on deal economics and commercial terms, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless communication and alignment on non-standard deals. Additionally, you will work to minimize deal cycle time through process optimization and proactive support.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in sales operations or related roles, preferably within high-tech SaaS companies or start-ups. Proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ tools is highly desirable, along with exceptional organizational and time management skills, an analytical mindset, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are also essential.
