Deployment Lead, Air Defense

Building and maintaining trust with customers, industry partners, and internal teams through effective communication and follow-through is essential. Additionally, the role requires developing a deep understanding of customer mission requirements and becoming a subject matter expert to effectively communicate needs to Anduril engineers. A thorough understanding of Anduril’s Family of Systems is necessary to anticipate system performance across various scenarios.
Candidates should possess an advanced degree or 4+ years of experience in a technical field, with a strong interest in national security and defense technologies. Proven experience in customer-facing program management or systems engineering, preferably within the defense, national security, or aerospace sectors, is required. Experience leading teams to field hardware or software products in real operating environments is essential. The role requires the ability to travel up to 50% of the year.
