The Deployments Analyst at Anduril Industries plays a pivotal role within the Deployments team, which is responsible for the coordination and execution of fielding Anduril’s products and hardware. This team collaborates across product, engineering, sales, and account management to manage logistics and technical operations, including forward logistics, site installations, maintenance, field inventory management, and reverse logistics. The Deployments team is crucial in ensuring customer and mission success, directly influencing the future of Anduril Industries.

In this role, the Deployments Analyst will own the data that informs strategic and day-to-day decision-making within Deployment Operations. Responsibilities include developing internal workflow tools to streamline daily processes and reinforce data quality standards. The analyst will work deeply within business systems such as ERP, Jira, and Salesforce to create insights and analytics, take full ownership of projects from initial problem framing through successful execution, lead KPI reporting for Deployment Operations leadership, execute ad hoc analyses to support critical operational and financial decision-making, and collaborate with software teams to define and manage the specific requirements of Deployment Operations within business systems.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a business analyst, internal operations, or logistics role. A demonstrated growth mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve in a dynamic environment is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interface with key stakeholders and all levels of management. Experience utilizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) and project management systems to analyze and manage business data, as well as skills in developing and implementing workflow tools and reporting structures to enhance operational efficiency, are necessary. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance is also required.

The salary range for this position is $86,000 to $114,000 annually.
