Design Director, Harry’s & Flamingo
The Design Director for Harry's and Flamingo at Mammoth Brands will lead creative initiatives across packaging, digital, and social platforms, ensuring brand consistency and excellence. This role involves both strategic leadership and hands-on design work, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling brand experiences. The position is based in New York, NY, with a hybrid work model requiring in-office presence three days per week.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining scalable design systems across various channels, providing strategic creative leadership in partnership with the Head of Creative, and contributing directly to design projects such as packaging, campaigns, and digital launches. The Design Director will also foster strong cross-functional partnerships with Brand, Product, Retail, Marketing, and Operations teams to align creative output with commercial objectives.
Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in brand design, demonstrating creative leadership and deep expertise in packaging design and production processes. A strong portfolio showcasing work across physical and digital environments, proficiency in design software, and proven ability to scale design systems are essential. Experience in managing and developing design talent, along with excellent communication and storytelling skills, is also required.
