Workforce Planning & Analysis Manager
The Workforce Planning & Analysis Manager at Mammoth Brands will play a pivotal role within the People Planning, Analytics, & Systems team, focusing on forecasting and analyzing workforce financial performance. This position involves close collaboration with the Finance team, People Business Partners, and leadership to drive data-driven decisions that support the company's growth and scalability.
Key responsibilities include owning the forecasting of global corporate workforce costs by partnering with various centers of excellence to determine assumptions for forecast models, reconciling current workforce data, and projecting future hiring needs. The role also entails leading annual and long-term forecasts, analyzing monthly actuals, and continuously improving the workforce planning process. Additionally, the manager will embed workforce planning into strategic decision-making across the organization by modeling potential future people strategy implications and analyzing long-term workforce trends.
Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience, including 2 years relevant to workforce planning or financial management. A background in finance, economics, accounting, or mathematics is preferred. Essential skills include a solid understanding of P&L and profitability analysis, advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, experience with ERP and planning systems (ideally SAP Analytics Cloud), and familiarity with HRIS platforms (preferably UKG Pro). Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills are also crucial.
