Designer
Monks is seeking a Designer to join a dedicated team responsible for delivering digital advertising assets for one of the world's leading brands. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, international environment, contributing to high-profile projects that reach a global audience.
As a Designer, you will be responsible for developing and refining visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and client objectives. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating balanced and aesthetically pleasing layouts, managing design files with meticulous organization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. You will also be involved in various stages of the production process, from setting styles and finalizing layouts to adapting formats and handling language versioning.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in logo, branding, and digital design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Figma. Strong English communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues worldwide. The ability to work independently on smaller tasks and with minimal supervision on larger assignments is crucial. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining organized design files are also important qualities for this role.
