Designer

As a Designer at Monks, you will be responsible for producing digital and print assets for some of the world's most recognizable brands. You will collaborate with a global team of designers, illustrators, animators, and art directors to deliver high-quality content that meets client objectives and adheres to brand guidelines.

Your key responsibilities will include mastering and applying general design principles such as alignments, compositions, and typography. You will provide support for established projects and contribute graphic solutions and proposals from scratch. Additionally, you will work closely with Project Managers and Producers to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality throughout all stages of the production process.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience and proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Photoshop. You should be adept at organizing files, layers, and folders meticulously. Experience working with dielines and various vendor specifications for print projects is essential. While you will work under the supervision of a lead, the ability to work independently when required is also important.
