DevOps Engineer

Lighthouse is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Platform team, responsible for developing and maintaining the tools, deployment methods, and cloud infrastructure that support our engineering lifecycle. As a company dedicated to revolutionizing commercial strategy in the hospitality industry, we provide innovative solutions that simplify data complexity, offering actionable insights and advanced pricing tools to maximize revenue potential.

In this role, you will automate the deployment, operation, and monitoring of our applications using GitOps principles, enhancing the productivity of over 150 engineers by improving CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows. You will take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, including setup, maintenance, scaling, and disaster recovery strategies, and collaborate closely with the security team to ensure all services and infrastructure adhere to strict security guidelines.

The ideal candidate has experience in a DevOps role with a proven track record in design processes, familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS, and knowledge of Kubernetes and its components. A proactive mindset with a passion for quality and fluency in English are essential. Additionally, experience with AI technologies, including LLMs and AI-assisted coding tools, is highly valued.
