Digital Account Manager
The Digital Account Manager at Twenty Twenty Consulting Ltd is responsible for overseeing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing strategies, and driving the growth of client accounts. This role involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translating them into effective digital campaigns. The position is based in Yorkshire, with client visits facilitated by a company-provided car.
In this role, the Digital Account Manager will manage the day-to-day interactions with an assigned set of clients, conducting regular meetings to review account performance and discuss future plans. Responsibilities include planning content strategies, overseeing digital marketing activities such as website updates and email marketing, and continuously assessing client needs to develop strategies that enhance service offerings and create new opportunities.
Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities (both face-to-face and remote), and the capacity to work independently. A solid understanding of social media and internet marketing is essential. While agency experience is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. Ideally, applicants will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a related position or industry.
The role offers a structured workweek from Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm, and a 4 pm finish on Fridays. A company car is provided for client visits within the Yorkshire area.
