As a Digital Performance Marketeer at WPP Media in Eindhoven, you will be part of an expert team dedicated to aligning digital strategies with overarching campaign goals to meet client objectives. Collaborating with partners such as Google, Meta, and DPG Media, you will leverage the latest technologies to achieve optimal results for leading brands, while expanding your digital expertise within the dynamic media landscape.
Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing, optimizing, and executing media campaigns across various platforms, with a strong emphasis on your analytical skills. You will create insightful reports, identify trends, and ensure the highest performance of campaigns. Additionally, you will foster innovation within the internal team and effectively communicate your vision and advice to clients to achieve media, communication, and brand objectives.
The ideal candidate possesses a higher professional education (HBO/WO) level of thinking and working, with a passion for online marketing, digital media, and data. Strong analytical abilities are essential, enabling you to derive insights from data and optimize campaign performance. Excellent communication skills are required for client interactions, and the ability to translate data interpretations into concrete action points is crucial. A results-oriented and critical mindset, along with a willingness to embrace innovation, are key attributes. A minimum of three years of experience in the complete digital advertising mix is expected, and you should be prepared to work at least one day per week in Eindhoven.
