The Director of Business Development, Advanced Effects (Army) at Anduril Industries will lead efforts to shape and capture ground and air-launched advanced effects opportunities, primarily with the U.S. Army and international partners. This role is integral to the Air Dominance and Strike Division, focusing on expanding Anduril's presence in defense technology by leveraging innovative solutions to meet military needs.

Key responsibilities include generating and capturing U.S. Army advanced effects opportunities by developing a deep understanding of the customer base, programmatic and technical roadmaps, and the competitive landscape. The role involves managing continuous engagements with clients, formulating growth strategies, monitoring buying cycles, and leading proposal and capture efforts. Additionally, the director will develop cohesive business plans and execution models that outline acquisition plans, align with investment strategies, and drive towards program execution. This includes engaging key stakeholders to shape requirements, securing relevant funding, and developing compelling win themes and supplier strategies.

The position requires a minimum of seven years of experience in creating or supporting new missiles or weapons programs, including requirements definition and acquisition strategies. Candidates should have prior experience working with U.S. Army program offices and a deep understanding of the Army's customer community, requirements process, and operational needs. Experience with missile systems across surface fires, air-launched effects, and air defense domains is essential. Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives and customers, are also required. The role necessitates the ability to travel 50% to 75% and eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $191,000 to $253,000 for this position.
