The Director of Business Development for Autonomous Airpower Growth (International) at Anduril Industries will lead international sales initiatives for the company's autonomous aircraft, including the Fury platform. The role also involves managing activities related to licensing, export compliance, and technical security, as well as collaborating with engineering teams to tailor product offerings for the international market. Additionally, the director will execute engagement campaigns with key stakeholders across the Department of Defense and foreign capitals, fostering trusted relationships with senior military and civilian officials, industry partners, and suppliers.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation program development, requirements definition, and acquisition strategy, along with at least 2 years of experience working with autonomous aircraft technologies and customers. Prior experience with U.S. Air Force program offices and a strong understanding of their community, requirements processes, and operational needs are essential. Experience engaging with foreign militaries or ministries of defense is also required. Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives and customers, are necessary. The role requires a willingness to travel up to 50% and eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Preferred qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of experience flying fighter aircraft, experience in foreign military sales or direct engagement with foreign air forces, and a background in leading capture efforts within the defense industry. A high sense of ownership, adaptability, and the ability to lead innovative market approaches are highly valued. Current possession of an active U.S. Secret security clearance is advantageous.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $191,000 to $253,000 USD, with actual compensation varying based on factors such as experience, education, and critical skills. Highly competitive equity grants are included in most full-time offers, forming part of Anduril's comprehensive compensation package.
