The growth team within this division collaborates closely with customers and engineers to identify innovative solutions to complex operational challenges, serving as the external face of Anduril and aligning customer priorities with the company's offerings.

Key responsibilities include identifying and capturing new international sales opportunities for autonomous aircraft, engaging with international customers to understand their operational requirements and capability gaps, and leading proposal development efforts such as white papers and responses to requests for information. The role also involves supporting activities related to licensing, export compliance, and technical security, collaborating with engineering teams to develop international product offerings, and executing engagement campaigns with key stakeholders across the Department of Defense and foreign capitals. Additionally, the director is expected to develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior military and civilian U.S. government customers, as well as industry partners and suppliers, while fostering a culture of trust, innovation, collaboration, and mission focus.

Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in leading or supporting aviation program creation, requirements definition, acquisition strategy, or related efforts, along with at least 2 years of experience working with customers and technologies related to autonomous aircraft. Prior experience with U.S. Air Force program offices and a strong understanding of the Air Force customer community, requirements process, and operational needs are essential. Experience engaging with foreign militaries or ministries of defense, excellent writing and communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customers, and a willingness to travel up to 50% are also required. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance is mandatory.

Preferred qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of experience flying fighter aircraft, prior experience in areas such as supporting foreign military sales, engaging with the Secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs, or working directly with foreign air forces. Experience shaping and leading capture efforts in the defense industry, a high sense of ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and creative environment are also desirable. Candidates should be adaptive and capable of leading new and innovative approaches to the market, with current possession and maintenance of an active U.S. Secret security clearance being advantageous.

The salary range for this position is $191,000 to $253,000 per year, with actual offers varying based on factors such as work experience, education, critical skills, and business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in most full-time offers as part of Anduril's total compensation package.
