The Director of Business Development for Warfighter Systems International at Anduril Industries will lead global expansion efforts for the Connected Warfare Division's warfighter-borne systems, including Lattice and the Eagle Eye Family of Systems. This role focuses on delivering advanced warfighter-focused capabilities to allied and partner nations through Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and other international security cooperation mechanisms.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing international business development strategies, collaborating with Anduril's Global Defense team to tailor capabilities to regional operational needs, leading capture efforts for international programs, and navigating complex export control requirements such as ITAR and EAR. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with foreign military officials, defense attachés, U.S. embassy personnel, and international industry partners, as well as supporting proposal development, pricing strategies, and international contracting processes.

Candidates should have 8–12 years of experience in international defense business development, FMS program management, or defense security cooperation programs. A proven track record in capturing international defense programs, particularly in warfighter systems, tactical communications, or edge computing, is essential. Expertise in navigating FMS, DCS, and ITAR/EAR compliance frameworks, along with strong communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural engagement skills, is required. An active U.S. Secret security clearance and the ability to travel internationally up to 50% are also necessary.

The position offers a salary range of $191,000 to $253,000 USD, with actual compensation varying based on factors such as experience and education. Anduril provides comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans at little to no cost, life and disability insurance, generous PTO plans with a holiday hiatus in December, and support for family planning and mental health resources. Additional benefits include professional development reimbursement, commuter benefits, relocation assistance, and retirement savings plans.

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company committed to transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.
