The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technology operations, business management, or program leadership supporting senior technology executives. Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in managing technology budgets, investment governance, and workforce planning is essential. The role requires a solid understanding of enterprise architecture concepts and the intersection of strategy, platforms, and delivery. Executive-level experience in overseeing technology risk management, audit readiness, and incident response is also necessary. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence across various audiences, and a structured, outcomes-focused approach are key attributes for success in this role.
