Director, Business Operations
The Director of Business Operations at Braze will serve as the principal architect of the Chief Business Officer's execution strategy, focusing on building automated systems to support global scalability. This role aims to transition the organization from reactive workflows to a proactive, technology-enabled operating model that enhances speed-to-market and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include leading business process transformation by transitioning to an AI-augmented go-to-market environment, redesigning core workflows to maximize organizational leverage, and eliminating operational debt. The role also involves building and governing unified playbooks that align cross-functional workstreams, ensuring seamless execution across the commercial lifecycle. Additionally, the director will lead a high-impact team dedicated to operational rigor, establishing enterprise standards for business expansion, success measurement, and growth engine iteration. Directing the operational strategy for market entries and portfolio expansion to optimize enterprise infrastructure for capturing new revenue streams is also a critical aspect of this position.
Candidates should possess 8-10+ years of experience in business operations or project management, with a strong focus on SaaS go-to-market motions. Expertise in building frameworks that facilitate alignment across various stakeholders and identifying 80/20 opportunities is essential.
