Director, Business Operations & Strategy
The Director of Business Operations & Strategy at Spring Health will report to the Vice President, Chief of Staff, and play a pivotal role in addressing high-impact business challenges. This position is integral to ensuring the company meets its organizational objectives efficiently and effectively. Spring Health is dedicated to revolutionizing mental healthcare by eliminating barriers to access, partnering with over 450 companies to provide services to 10 million individuals.
Key responsibilities include leveraging data-driven insights to inform senior leadership decisions, diagnosing and resolving complex business issues, and integrating AI and automated workflows to enhance efficiency. The role also involves designing organizational structures to optimize resource allocation and fostering cross-departmental collaboration to align teams with critical company objectives. Staying informed about external trends and industry best practices is essential to implement sustainable solutions.
Candidates should possess 5 to 7 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy, with a preference for those from top-tier consulting firms. Additionally, 1 to 2 years of operational experience in a hypergrowth startup is desired. A BA or BS degree is required, with an MBA being advantageous. Essential skills include critical thinking, analytical rigor, effective communication, creativity, innovation, and resilience.
The target base salary range for this position is $177,200 to $221,500, complemented by a competitive total rewards package that includes equity and benefits.
