The role also involves designing organizational structures to optimize resource allocation and fostering cross-departmental collaboration to align teams with critical company objectives. Staying informed about external trends and industry best practices is essential to implement sustainable solutions.

Candidates should possess 5 to 7 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy, with a preference for those from top-tier consulting firms. Additionally, 1 to 2 years of operational experience in a hypergrowth startup is desired. A BA or BS degree is required, with an MBA being advantageous. Essential skills include critical thinking, analytical rigor, effective communication, creativity, innovation, and resilience.

The target base salary range for this position is $177,200 to $221,500, complemented by a competitive total rewards package that includes equity and benefits.
