The Director of Commercial Partnerships & Channel Sales at CLEAR will lead and expand the CLEAR1 partner ecosystem, focusing on Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Marketplaces, and System Integrators. Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships & Channel Sales, this senior role is pivotal in shaping the partner go-to-market strategy and driving significant revenue through channel-led initiatives. CLEAR is a secure identity company dedicated to making experiences safer and easier, with over 38 million members and a growing network of global partners.

Key responsibilities include executing CLEAR1’s channel sales strategy to grow revenue through partners and indirect sales motions, evaluating and structuring new partnership opportunities that drive distribution and adoption, and owning revenue targets for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines. The role also involves managing day-to-day partner relationships, collaborating with internal teams to align channel initiatives with business goals, developing partner incentive programs, and monitoring partner performance to optimize channel productivity.

Candidates should have over 8 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in driving substantial B2B revenue through channel and ecosystem-based strategies. Strong negotiation skills, the ability to manage complex commercial partnerships, and executive presence to influence stakeholders, including C-level leaders, are essential. The role requires adaptability, exceptional strategic and operational skills, and a data-driven mindset with experience in forecasting channel revenue and ROI. Experience in identity (IAM), security, authentication, or workforce/healthcare platforms is a plus.
