The Director, Compensation & Equity at Spring Health is a leadership position focused on developing and executing comprehensive compensation and equity strategies for the company. Strong analytical and project management skills, deep understanding of compensation frameworks, and regulatory knowledge are essential. Experience designing equity plans and supporting organizations undergoing rapid expansion is highly desirable.
