As Director of Delivery at Zip Co Limited, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of technology, product, and business strategy, guiding how our teams plan, build, and deliver innovative financial products to millions of customers. In our fast-paced fintech environment, you will be instrumental in evolving and scaling our delivery capabilities, embedding lean agile practices that enhance predictability, speed, and quality across our product and technology ecosystem.

Your primary responsibilities will include defining and evolving delivery frameworks that empower high-performing product and engineering teams to deliver consistently and efficiently. You will embed advanced lean agile practices, such as Kanban and Scrum at scale, and implement metrics-driven delivery approaches to improve flow and team effectiveness. Additionally, you will drive delivery excellence through clear performance metrics, establish lean portfolio planning and prioritization frameworks, and ensure alignment between strategic priorities and delivery execution across various teams.

To excel in this role, you should possess extensive experience in technology delivery leadership, ideally within fintech, financial services, or other regulated digital environments. Proven experience in scaling delivery functions and maturing agile practices across multiple squads or teams is essential. A deep understanding of lean agile principles and scaled frameworks, strong expertise in delivery metrics and flow optimization, and the ability to improve delivery performance using data-driven insights are also critical. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, along with experience influencing senior leaders and driving cross-functional change, are highly valued.
