Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Physical Science with over 20 years of experience, a Master's degree with over 18 years, or a Ph.D. with over 15 years of industry experience. Recent experience in semiconductor process, product, or device engineering is required. Preferred qualifications include previous work with major semiconductor foundries or Integrated Device Manufacturer companies, project management experience, and professional proficiency in Mandarin. Strong customer orientation, communication, and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Samsung Semiconductor offers a competitive compensation package, with a base pay range of $219,000 to $351,000 annually.
