Director, HRBP

The Director, HRBP at Kaseya will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's global Customer Support and Professional Services teams. In this role, the Director will partner with leadership to align organizational design, capacity planning, and talent strategy with customer demand and growth plans. Key responsibilities include guiding senior leaders through workforce planning, succession, and organizational effectiveness, as well as building credibility by demonstrating fluency in support operating models and global delivery structures.

The ideal candidate will have over seven years of HR Business Partner experience, including at least five years supporting high-growth technology companies, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector. A proven track record in advising senior leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning in operational, customer-facing environments is essential. The ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven organizations while maintaining team stability and execution is crucial.
