Director, International Marketing
BetterHelp is seeking a Director of International Marketing to lead and execute strategies aimed at expanding our global reach. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals committed to breaking down barriers to therapy.
The Director will oversee paid media strategies across various international markets to achieve optimal return on investment and brand key performance indicators. Responsibilities include identifying and implementing initiatives to drive client growth and revenue, managing the international testing roadmap, and ensuring effective localization of marketing assets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to prioritize and implement impactful international growth strategies.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with over 10 years of experience in international or growth marketing. Experience managing substantial performance marketing budgets across countries is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and the capacity to influence stakeholders across cultures are essential. Fluency in multiple languages and the ability to travel internationally as needed are advantageous.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $210,000 to $275,000 annually, with eligibility for performance bonuses.
