BetterHelp is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Product Operations team, focusing on enhancing the delivery processes within the Product Design team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional product initiatives. Your day-to-day activities will include planning and facilitating design team execution touchpoints, such as weekly delivery planning, milestone check-ins, and retrospectives. You will identify process inefficiencies, implement improvements to accelerate delivery, and coordinate user research initiatives to ensure insights are effectively integrated into product development.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in technical program management, design program management, or product operations, with a proven track record in managing complex cloud or mobile projects. A strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system architecture, and modern technical frameworks is essential. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Kanban, along with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, is required. Excellent communication abilities and problem-solving skills are also crucial for success in this role.

BetterHelp offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $135,000 to $185,000, performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits program.
