Senior Product Manager, Prescriber Experience

BetterHelp is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of the prescriber experience within our platform. As the world's largest online therapy service, we are dedicated to making mental health care more accessible and are looking for a product leader to enhance our services for prescribers.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end process of problem discovery, solution design, and delivery for prescriber onboarding and core experiences. You will collaborate cross-functionally to support marketplace engagement, ensure high standards of care by optimizing therapist and client interactions, and lead critical initiatives that significantly impact the company's trajectory.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in a product role at a B2C company, demonstrating measurable impact and increasing responsibilities. A growth and experiment-driven mindset, proficiency in SQL for navigating BI tools, and a strong analytical approach to driving business outcomes are essential. Experience in agile environments with a track record of delivering high-quality products on time is also required.
