Implementing AI-driven automation to enhance operational efficiency and partnering cross-functionally to align logistics with product and sales strategies are also key aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management, with at least three years in a leadership role overseeing multiple functions or geographies. Proven experience in building and scaling delivery operations, particularly in launching in-house fleets within hybrid delivery models, is essential. Exceptional leadership skills, operational systems expertise, proficiency in AI and automation, data-driven decision-making capabilities, and strong cross-functional influence are also critical for success in this position.
