CLEAR is seeking a seasoned Director to lead enterprise selling and strategic partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem, including health systems, providers, and health plans. In this role, you will build executive relationships, lead complex enterprise sales cycles, and help healthcare organizations modernize identity workflows to improve access, security, and patient/member experience.

Key responsibilities include full execution of deals from top to bottom of the funnel—pitching, shaping deals, contracting, and pricing. You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Partner Success, Legal, and Security teams to align business requirements with existing and future capabilities. Managing and building your own pipeline, conducting research, delivering competitive intelligence on healthcare business trends, and supporting internal forecasting processes are also essential aspects of the role. Additionally, you will land new B2B opportunities and expand CLEAR's network throughout client organizations.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of enterprise sales, account management, or partnerships experience within healthcare networks, healthtech, payers, or providers. A strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance frameworks, digital identity, access management, verification, and fraud prevention workflows, as well as the payer, provider, and healthcare IT ecosystem, is crucial. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, experience leading complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, and demonstrated consultative selling skills are also required.

The on-target compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $350,000, which includes both base salary and competitive commission potential, subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan. Actual base salary is dependent upon levels of skills and experience.
