The Director of Partnerships & Alliances - EMEA at Diligent Corporation is responsible for developing and leading the company's strategic and commercial partner ecosystem across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. This role involves owning the overarching strategy and maintaining executive-level relationships with key partners to ensure alignment with Diligent's organizational goals. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations, to drive sustainable commercial growth.
Key responsibilities include leading and developing a high-performing team of Strategic Alliance Executives, driving significant alliance performance through strategic engagement with Sales, and championing co-selling initiatives within Global Systems Integrator (GSI) organizations. The role also involves leading comprehensive cross-functional partnership programs to achieve strategic and commercial objectives, delivering exceptional results by surpassing revenue goals, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in software and/or SaaS alliance leadership or consulting, with at least 5 years in team management. Proven experience in developing and executing alliance and GSI strategies across a diverse partner ecosystem is essential. Strong business acumen across core EMEA markets, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to engage and collaborate with senior leaders and external partners are also required.
