Director of Product Management, Cyber Resilience - Cloud & Hypervisor
Kaseya is seeking an exceptional Director of Product Management to lead our Cloud & Hypervisor Cyber Resilience product line. In this strategic role, you will define and drive the vision for cutting-edge solutions that protect organizations' critical cloud infrastructure and virtualized environments from cyber threats. You'll be responsible for building and executing a roadmap that positions Kaseya as a leader in cyber resilience while delivering measurable business value to our customers.
As the Director of Product Management, you will define and drive the product line strategy for Cloud & Hypervisor Cyber Resilience solutions, evangelizing the vision both internally and externally to customers, partners, employees, and investors. You will ensure the roadmap aligns with overall product and company objectives while maintaining deep expertise on the cyber resilience domain, market dynamics, and emerging trends. Additionally, you will develop and track key performance indicators including north star metrics, usage and growth metrics, and quality benchmarks.
The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. You should possess 10+ years of product management or similar experience in enterprise software, cloud computing, internet technology, SaaS, or related fields, along with 5+ years of experience leading high-performing product management teams. Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.) is essential, as well as a proven ability to set vision, excite, and lead cross-functional technology teams and broader stakeholder groups. Demonstrated success in bringing enterprise software products (on-premises/SaaS/PaaS) to market, strong technical skills, and business acumen are also required.
